Millennium Electric India designs and builds electric scooters that fit the real world of Indian roads, riders, and weather.
Our Story
Millennium Electric India set out to answer a simple question: why should switching to an electric scooter mean giving up range, reliability, or affordability? We design every model around the reality of Indian roads — crowded intersections, long summers, unpredictable monsoons — rather than adapting a scooter built for somewhere else.
The name Millennium comes from the Japanese word for “speed,” a nod to the engineering discipline we borrow from Japanese manufacturing culture: precision first, speed follows naturally from getting the fundamentals right.
What Drives Us
Our Approach to Safety
Every battery pack we ship is put through crash testing, short-circuit testing, and thermal-abuse testing before it’s approved under AIS-156, India’s safety standard for electric vehicle batteries.
We also fire-test our packs internally, well beyond what’s mandated, because a warranty is only as good as the product behind it.
Looking Ahead
Our research and development team is currently focused on faster charging architecture, longer cell life, and software that gives riders more visibility into battery health over time.
The goal isn’t just to sell scooters — it’s to make sure every one we sell is still performing well years down the line.
